Re-Blocking & Leveling

We re-block and level your building at the new site. Customer provides concrete blocks; we'll bring wooden blocking if needed.

Permits Included

Transportation permits are handled for you. Buildings 14 ft wide and over 12 ft 6 in tall, or 16 ft wide, may also require an escort.

Texas-Wide Service

Based in North Texas and serving moves anywhere inside the state. Typical scheduling is within a week, weekdays 8 AM–4 PM.

Pickup & drop-off addresses

Full street addresses (or cross streets) for both ends of the move so we can plan the route.

Clear photos of the building's exterior, interior, skids, and any tight spots at the pickup or drop-off site.

Dimensions (L × W × H)

Length, width, and height. Height matters most — anything taller than 12 ft 6 in may require an escort.

Builder's name

The portable building company that built it, if you know. This helps us anticipate skid layout and weight.

Skids & pull boards

Let us know if the building has skids and pull boards. Non-skid buildings cost roughly double because of the extra labor and equipment.

That's for a small, nearby, good-condition portable building made by a portable-building company. Buildings that are further away, larger, heavier, or harder to move will cost more.

Higher + possible escort

14 ft wide and taller than 12 ft 6 in requires an escort. 16 ft wide always requires an escort.

Onsite moves

A little less

Moving your building to another spot on the same property costs less than an over-the-road move.

How Big Can We Move?

We're equipped for buildings up to 16 ft wide. Some sizes require an escort vehicle on public roads.

Escort Requirements

Wider and taller buildings need a pilot/escort vehicle. We'll let you know in your quote.

Trees, fences, or low utility lines may require trimming or removal at the customer’s expense.
